Infinity Room for Daniel Arsham’s Installation at Art Basel Miami
The Row’s Ares House is a metaverse architecture project designed by internationally acclaimed artist Daniel Arsham. It is one of thirty 3D designs featured in The Row, a members-only real estate community on the Mona platform.
The Ares House is a futuristic take on a traditional Greek villa. It is made of white marble and features a series of geometric shapes. The house is also partially buried underground, giving it a sense of mystery and intrigue.
The Ares House was first presented at Art Basel Miami Beach in 2022. The installation utilized large, high-resolution, LED screens to display an animated walk-through of the house. An infinity mirror created a kaleidoscope of video content culled from the Everyrealm/Mona spaces. Concert-level speakers enhanced the presentation, immediately transporting guests to a fully-digital metaverse realm.
The Row’s Ares House is a unique and innovative project that blurs the lines between the physical and digital worlds. It is a testament to Arsham’s creativity and his ability to create immersive and thought-provoking experiences.
